Include your iPhone model, iOS version, game version and safe number. A screenshot helps. Please don’t send passwords or sensitive information.
How do I open a safe?
Follow the direction arrow and turn slowly. When you hear the double click, feel the double pulse or see the visual signal, hold still until the contact settles. Lift your finger to set the number. Repeat for every slot. For double or triple locks, follow the A, B or C prompt and tap the required dial first. Each dial keeps its own position.
I can’t feel the vibrations
Open Settings → Sound & Feel. Enable Haptics and try Test the Feel on a supported physical iPhone. Check your system vibration settings. Sound and visual clues work without haptics; headphones are optional. Sound follows Silent Mode.
The timer is too difficult
Enable Untimed campaign in Settings before starting your next safe. You can still progress and earn cash; par-time medals are disabled. The clock drill retains its timer. Precision buttons are also available.
Where is my progress?
Progress is saved locally and is not synced between devices. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot a save problem. If the game shows a save error, use Retry save first and contact support if it continues.
Do I need internet or a subscription?
Version 3.0.1 gameplay works offline, with no account, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
